The book was very informative and shows the sacrifices the family made to get where they are. It was funny at times because they kept it real. I read this book in one day because it was so good. Definitely gave me a glimpse of how the industry works!
This was a great read and very inspirational! I am an actor in the ATL market and reading Coy story was a blessing!!
This book is so informative is gives you the courage to get out there and follow your dreams if you believe that you want to act and you don't know how it what to do or say to your parents this book can help you I really strongly advise you to buy rent it do whatever. But get this book. It should really be made into a movie it would be awesome.
This book really provides a general, yet descriptive view of what faith in God and sacrifice can achieve. I would have like to see more struggles other than the brutal reality of financial challenges. The Stewarts must be a very likable family because I never read where they encountered any relational issues with anyone in the industry. Overall, the book deserves a 5 star rating based on the content it does contain and the way in which Derrick Stewart tells their story. Really great read!
